Into the future - Evertis 2023 Sustainability Report

Putting regenerative principles into practice Regenerative management

Transparency

Adaptability

This is our fourth year publishing a sustainability report.

Our organisation is installing solar parks and changing equipment to adapt to the current energy crisis.

Trust

Responsiveness

We are engaging with our stakeholders to gain trust and foster cooperation. Our Ethical Reporting Channel also makes us a trustworthy and ethically-managed company.

We have detected pressing issues such as domestic violence, demographic problems, environmental awareness and social development, and we responded to them with a variety of initiatives.

Mutualness

Abundance

Our 2023 employee wellbeing and professional development programs helped us motivate our people, thus improving the performance of our company.

Our commitment to renewable energy sources is a good example of how we want to use abundant resources such as sun and wind.

Embeddedness

Circularity

We are part of a whole, but simultaneously connected to the specific characteristics of each of the areas where we operate. For example, Evertis Brasil is restoring ecosystems in a sacred area from local indigenous communities.

In 2023 we contributed to circularity by exceeding our goal of 50% renewable energy and using 38% of recycled content.

Local attunement Our initiatives are connected to the local areas where we operate. Collaborations with local organisations and institutions range from fighting domestic violence to making sure children get a proper education.

Balance

Our Codes, initiatives and corporate values seek equilibrium between efficiency and resilience; collaboration and competition; diversity and coherence.
