Our contribution to sustainable development Regenerative management Our commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is ingrained in our policies and programs.

We maintain a strong commitment to human rights and have implemented a Labour and Human Rights Policy that adheres to international standards. Our aim is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of our employees and business partners.

We acknowledge the significance of biodiversity conservation and have devised country-specific biodiversity strategies in every location where we operate. Our strategies strive to safeguard and revive ecosystems while supporting local communities. In 2023, all our production sites were ISO 14001 certified.

In 2023, our production facilities in Portugal and Mexico were certified under ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety management system.

We have identified a set of 10 regenerative KPIs that guide our sustainability efforts. These KPIs enable us to measure our progress towards a regenerative future.

We continue optimising our resource consumption, reducing water and energy intensity, as well as developing products with recycled materials.
