Into the future - Evertis 2023 Sustainability Report

Governance

Company governance

The Evertis business group operates under a streamlined model with three levels of responsibility:

In 2023, our governance structure underwent significant consolidation following the adaptation implemented in 2022 to integrate the company’s new regenerative and business strategy. Internal committees were restructured to prioritise innovation and the organisation’s transformation into a regenerative company.

Top Management Committee Ensuring alignment of current business objectives and future milestones with the company’s strategy. This committee also oversees the management of external macroeconomic forces and business risks while monitoring sectors affecting the business in both the short and long term.

Business functional reviews Conducting analysis and progress assessments against agreed-upon KPIs for projects a nd processes. This level also reviews and aligns on future milestones, prioritises activities to ensure resource alignment, and addresses potential bottlenecks through cross-functional and multi-level team collaboration.

Operational teams Responsible for executing projects and delivering objectives on a day-to-day basis. These teams also focus on operational follow-up and the development of short-term action plans to achieve project milestones and deliver against KPIs.

Through a balanced approach of top-down strategy and bottom-up execution, the Evertis Business Group is aligned, focused, and optimised. Transformation projects are propelled by our Parent Company, IMG Group, aimed at ensuring alignment with the overarching corporate strategy and optimising cross-business activities. This endeavour entails harnessing synergistic opportunities within the Group and hosting targeted meetings encompassing talent, ethics, innovation, technology, energy, and sustainability. Sustainability adopts a cross-functional approach, where the sustainability department collaborates closely with other departments and teams. It is intricately linked with the company’s transformative journey and the evolution of the sector towards a regenerative vision.
