Ethical Reporting Channel update In 2023, we successfully consolidated our Ethical Reporting Channel, further enhancing our commitment to transparency and ethical business management. Throughout the year, we received a total of 10 reports, all originating from internal stakeholders. Of these reports, 6 have been resolved, demonstrating our proactive approach to addressing ethical concerns within our organisation. Currently, 4 reports are still undergoing resolution.
Code of Ethics development and implementation
Our Code of Ethics establishes clear rules and procedures that all Evertis employees must adhere to, aligning closely with our vision, mission, and values. Additionally, it serves as a beacon of support and guidance, ensuring that our conduct consistently upholds the highest ethical standards. Our employees have been extensively briefed on the new Code of Ethics, alongside the procedures and intricacies associated with the Ethical Reporting Channel and the Ethics Committee. Through comprehensive communication efforts, we aim to foster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability across all levels of our organisation.
