A diverse workforce fosters innovation, creativity, and adaptability, enabling us to better respond to the evolving needs of our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate.

Our workforce is the cornerstone of our success, and we recognise the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. In 2023, we continued our efforts to promote diversity across all levels of the organisation. While 87% of our employees are male, we acknowledge there is room for improvement. We are committed to enhancing gender diversity within our workforce and will continue to implement initiatives to attract and retain talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. The majority of our workforce is concentrated in operational roles (60%) and technical positions (24%).

Our workforce encompasses a wide range of age groups, with 23% of employees under the age of 30, 60% aged between 30 and 50, and 17% over the age of 50. This diversity in age brings a wealth of experience, perspectives, and ideas, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment.
