elcome to our Spring auction of what is proving to be a turbulent and highly eventful year! Whilst the overall level of interest has noticeably slowed due to the Brexit fun and games we are seeing those in the market being bold and putting their money where their mouth is as explained by auctioneer Andrew Morgan in our February Review on page 5. Tonight’s catalogue has a plethora of exciting opportunities from across the region with the stand out lot being St Matthews Road in Cotham, a stunning period family home which is on the market for the first time since the 1940’s – with over 100 groups viewing the property it will be fascinating to see the result tonight. Did you know Last year Hollis Morgan sold more £££'s of land and property by auction than all the other Bristol Auctioneers combined with over £43m of successful sales. And since we formed in 2010 we have sold the most £££'s of land and property by Public Auction in the region – EVERY YEAR! – and now with over £270 million of auction sales since 2010!
