1 Choosing a Lot Full details of the current catalogue can be found on our website. You can also find ‘coming soon’ lots here
5 Pre Auction Offers Some clients will consider pre-auction offers but you must wait for the legal pack to be completed.
2 Viewings Most lots have a fixed weekly viewing schedule published on our website – no need for an appointment, just arrive in the time slot.
6 Auction Night The Auction is open from 18:15 and you will need to register before you can bid.
3 Legal Packs Digital copies of the legal pack can be downloaded online FREE via our website.
7 Identification You will need to bring two sets of ID in order to register .
4 Surveys If you would like to book a valuation or survey , instruct your surveyor to contact our offices.
8 Payment You can pay the deposit by either a cheque or debit card – cash or credit cards are not accepted.
