As a supplemental benefit, Teen Challenge allows eligible employees to purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself and your dependents. This coverage is paid for by you and is offered through Mutual of Omaha. Rates will be automatically calculated and shown in Employee Navigator during enrollment process.
