Disability Coverage

The goal of Teen Challenge’s Disability Insurance Plan is to provide you with income replacement should you be unable to work due to a non-work- related illness or injury. The company provides employees with the option to purchase voluntary “Short and Long Term Disability” income benefits. Both the short term and long term disability coverages are offered through Mutual of Omaha. Rates will be automatically calculated and shown in Employee Navigator during enrollment process.
