Strategy LCMB are focused on growing their business as a strategic trusted partner of their clients within their target sectors of HE, NHS and private sector to enhance the performance and return from their workplaces, buildings, and estates. LCMB have a growth strategy in place to grow the business from their current level of £1.5m turnover to £5m over the next three to five years, which include significant investment in growing their team, investing in degree apprentices, and training and development. LCMB has invested heavily in knowledge development to support their clients current and future needs such as: • Innovate UK supported research project with Oxford Brookes University to research the impact of indoor environmental quality on workplace wellbeing, performance, and productivity delivered in 2016-2018. • Invested in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Reading, Henley Business School, and Innovate UK in developing their digital platform “Thrive” in 2020-2022. • Currently delivering a Management Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Oxford Brookes University Business School. BIES and Innovate UK to support the growth of their business.
