Exciting Customers and Driving Market Leadership Through an Innovative Global Transformation Formed in 2021 when the Philips Domestic Appliances division became an independent company, Versuni has a mission to excite customers and turn houses into homes. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the company has a global innovation, manufacturing, and commercial footprint, with a presence in more than 100 countries and a portfolio that includes world-renowned kitchen, coffee, climate, garment, and floor care appliances. Despite its independence, Versuni wanted to continue Philips’ 130-year history of innovation into the future by transforming the company into a digital, insights-led, modern enterprise that is consumer focused and agile. Versuni decided to rebuild its IT landscape and searched for a suite of cloud-based technology that could support this effort. Versuni also wanted to find a strategic partner that could develop and implement this massive initiative in a short time period.
