A local distributor of electrical products since 2004, TEKLED LLP built a broad retail network across Kazakhstan and nine other countries. In 2012, its Kazakhstan factory started production using modern high tech equipment from the Netherlands, Japan, and Germany. Its comprehensive processes range from R&D to finished products, with multistage control helping ensure high quality and brand loyalty. TEKLED also launched a services division to become a preferred supplier for its customers. As of 2014, the company designs complex lighting and electrical systems and sources necessary components. Today, it offers 9,800 modern lighting and electrical products through an online catalog and physical stores. Extensive business growth and a customer- centric strategy led to the need for a new digital core operating system in the cloud.
