completed the follow- ing retail t r a n s a c - tions: KPot Ko-
reanHot Pot and Barbe- cue held a Grand open- ing at 330 W Oregon Ave., Philadelphia. KPot officially opened their doors on January 15, 2021, and are occupying a 10,263 s/f building in the Whitman Plaza Shopping Center. This is their second Philadelphia location. KPot is a Korean restau- rant specializing in Hot Pot and Korean Barbecue. Hot Pot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, contain- ing a variety of East Asian ingredients. While your hot pot is simmering, ingredi- ents are placed into the pot and are cooked at table in a manner similar to fondue. The Korean Barbecue is also cooked at the table by the diners themselves, with a menu including fresh qual- ity meats, seafood, noodles, Robert Delavale

and vegetables. The transaction was ar- ranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Or- ganization. The tenant was represented by Craig Hant- gan of Esquire Properties . Additional Whitman Pla- za retail includes Shop- Rite, Burlington Coat Fac- tory, Ross Dress for Less, Blink Fitness, Goodwill, PennDOT, Party City, Citi- zens Bank, Rainbow Shops, GameStop, ChenMed, GNC, Dunkin Donuts, Sally Beau- ty Supply, Cavity Busters, One Main Financial, and more. Delavale arranged and negotiated for the landlord the signing of a long term lease with Slice Pizzeria at 3224 Crompond Rd., York- town, NY.
Slice will be occupying 1,767 s/f of a pad site in a newly built shopping center on Route 202 (Crompond Road) at the intersection of the Taconic State Parkway at Exit 17A. Slice is a brick oven piz- zeria based out of Stamford, CT, serving pizza, salads, calzones, pasta dishes, and other Italian specialties. This will be the operator’s fourth restaurant, with piz- zerias in Stamford, CT; Ard- sley, NY; and Buchanon, NY. This Yorktown shopping center is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement, which opened in April of 2019. Ad- ditional retail in the shop- ping center includes the recently opened Starbucks, and will soon include AAA, and a 12,500 s/f specialty grocer. MAREJ
