OUTHERN NJ AND SOUTHEASTERN PA — Camber Real Estate Partners has an- nounced the acquisition of a 1.24M s/f portfolio in South- ern New Jersey and South- eastern Pennsylvania. The acquisition is comprised of a mix of distribution buildings and multitenant infill light- industrial properties, which remain a central focus of Camber’s investment strat- egy moving into 2021.
