ORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate completed 98 transactions in Q4 which in- cluded $10 million in sales transactions and 711,135 s/f in lease transactions. A sampling of ROCK’s sale transactions include: • Gradi son West Point LLC purchased a flex ware- house at 3425 Woodbridge Court in Manchester Twp. from ED2 Real Estate LLC for $2,050,000. Greg Finkel- stein, CPA, CCIM and Matt Czaus , of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction. • Andrew V. Papoutsis Family Limited Partnership purchased a manufacturing facility at 225 Hanover Rd. in West Manchester Twp. from BMI Properties, LLC for $1,650,000.
