BADMINTON OPEN GYM Badminton Open Gym is hosted at Irvine High School mul- tiple nights a week. Indoor courts will be available to regis- tered participants ages 8 and older, so come out and challenge your family and friends to a game of badminton! More info: athleticprograms@cityofirvine.org , 949-724-6899. Join us for fast-paced, instructor-led drills and games focusing on strategy, movement, court-coverage, and plenty of hitting. This is a high intensity program that involves more hitting in one session than most players would receive in multiple matches. There will be different courts for each level, so everyone from 3.0-open levels will be well-matched. Come ready to learn and work hard! Due to the high level of this program, players are asked to be NTRP rated 3.0 or higher.
