Our own Executive Chef, Giovanni Terracciano, had the honor of participating in the panel discussion of the 9th International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference titled "The Impact of Italian Culinary Heritage on Turkish Gastronomy." His invaluable contribution to the discussion on Thursday, November 14th, highlighted the connection between two cuisines. We are immensely proud of his representation at this prestigious event. Executive Şefimiz Giovanni Terracciano, 8. Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı’nda "İtalyan Mutfak Mirasının Türkiye Gastronomisine Etkisi" başlıklı panele konuşmacı olarak katılma onuruna sahip oldu. 14 Kasım Perşembe günü gerçekleşen panele paha biçilemez katkısı, iki mutfa ğ ın arasındaki ba ğ lantıyı vurguladı. Onun bu prestijli etkinlikte yer almasından son derece gurur duyuyoruz.
