It’s a busy time for our customers planning their refurbishment or upgrades of their libraries and education spaces. In fact, we have been working hard to provide exceptional service levels across every department at Raeco. Some recent initiatives include:
• 1 Call, 1 Resolution: Customers only need to make 1 call to Raeco. From that 1 call, our team works together to provide your solution. You will hear back from a Raeco staff member within 24 hours of placing your call.
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys: It only takes around 1 minute to complete and enables us to collate your valuable feedback. This helps us improve of your transactional journey with us, or to foster and enrich our engagement with customers. • Streamlined Staff: Behind the scenes, we’ve streamlined our departments to enable fast, customer focused support and decision making.
These initiatives are working. We’ve received a number of unprompted, positive comments from customers including:
Galen Catholic College, located in the rural Victorian town of Wangaratta, recently updated their school library. They selected Raeco Linea, mobile shelving plus a range of Raeco seating and tables. These selections enabled the creation of collaborative study and flexible learning zones. To maximise book circulation, a number of face out display shelves and spinners were also incorporated.
