176H is the higher-growth, higher-output sister to the lead-off cow, 446F. 176H has a hard-to-find combination of outstanding $Feeder and TI values coupled with high cow fertility values. These values are common in this exceptional cow family. 176H has a daughter, 140L, who was added to our donor pen this spring because of her excellent phenotype, udder quality, and genomic values. 176H’s 2024-born bull was one we used, 179M. He was slated for this sale as a lead-off feature until a snake bite sidelined him. He is the service sire of several females being sold in this sale. Her 2025 calf is a red Jagger heifer that will surely be a keeper. The 176H progeny have an average ratio of 126 for IMF and 107 for REA. 176H is bred to Leachman Mob Boss, a red $40,000 $Profit bull that was syndicated at Leachman’s spring 2025 sale.

18F is a cow that has quietly left a significant mark on our herd. Along with her daughters, she has established a cow family that will influence our herd for years to come. One of our main regrets about offering these cows this fall is that we didn’t flush 18F. We have four 18F daughters and four granddaughters in our herd. She has also recently weaned another heifer this fall. 18F’s calves average 119 for the IMF ratio and 105 for the REA ratio. One of her daughters has already entered the donor pen, and another will likely do so next year. This cow family consistently produces problem-free cattle that perform well in all phases of production. 18F’s dam, 53A, was the only Upgrade daughter we had, and she produced until the age of 12. Her maternal granddam is a foundation Angus cow that Gordon purchased from Dr. Warden’s highly efficient Angus herd.

66H is the daughter of Lot 69, 18F. The Angus bull, Leachman Bottomline, sired 66H. Bottomline is known for his excellent feed-to-gain EPD, ranking in the top 1%. 66H is the dam of Lot 17, 229M, who may be the most outstanding 231A son we have ever sold. We have two daughters of 66H in the herd, and she just weaned a heavy bull calf that will likely be on the top end of the sale in 2026. 66H’s calves average 107 for the IMF ratio and 112 for the REA ratio. 66H is in the prime of her productive years, and she will consistently produce cattle that add value.
