A warm welcome by Adam Burrows and Firewalking Activity 16:15 Adam Burrows will kick start the event by welcoming you to Cameron House in the Loch Fyne suite. Please be punctual, everyone is welcome and light refreshments will be provided. 16:30 Motivational, all-inclusive 90-minute workshop and Firewalking activity. Guaranteed to inspire! We have wet weather contingencies, so no matter what the Scottish weather brings, this will be a fantastic start to the event. We appreciate not everyone will want to participate in the Fire Walking, but we encourage you to give it a go if you feel comfortable. The workshop is for everyone, and you are welcome to spectate the Firewalking. If you plan to participate in the Firewalking activity please read the following information: – We recommend wearing old clothes. Trousers that roll up easily, shorts or a skirt would be best. Nothing highly flammable for obvious reasons – Please don’t prepare your feet with lotions or potions. If you have nail polish on already it’s fine, but don’t paint them any later than 3-4 days before the activity – You must not drink alcohol before or during the workshop or Fire Walking, we want you to have a great experience by being brave all by yourself! You can enjoy drinks at the BBQ afterwards – It is optional, but slip on shoes are recommended and some cosy socks to wear after

Sponsors Showcase BBQ at La Vista This will be held at La Vista, formerly known as the Boathouse, down on the beautiful marina. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the hotel reception. It’s nestled in a sheltered bay at the southern end of the loch’s western shore, dominated by the skyline of Ben Lomond. It’s quite a view! This will be a chance to meet with our fantastic suppliers and enjoy a delicious BBQ and drinks. Don’t worry this will all be indoors, so we can enjoy the warm, relaxed atmosphere.
