"The church musician must evidence a pastoral calling and be compelled in his work by a motive ofspiritual ministry. A theological dimension must shape his philosophy ofministry, supported by strong musical skills. The Master ofMusic program is designed to provide for personal growth and development to this end." - Dr. Jack W. Schwarz Chairman, Music Department
