THE K I N G ’ S BV S I NE SS They think he is dead for they have not heard a word since that awful day. Here they come with their sacks and money in their hands ready to buy corn. They are shown into a large room and a man with fine clothes stands before them. It is Joseph their brother, and he knows them right away, but they do not know him, for he is no longer a boy, but a grown man. Here are the ten brothers who had treated him so cruelly years before, bowing before him hungry, and asking for something to eat. Now here is a good chance for Joseph to punish these brothers. Will

When the brothers got home and told their father about their trip and the finding of the money in each man’s sack, and that if they wanted any more corn, they would have to take Benja­ min with them, he was troubled and said he could never let Benjamin go. After a while the corn was all gone, and the brothers tell their father it will do no good to go back for more unless they bring Benjamin, so the poor old father bids him good bye and lets him -go, and sent some presents to the ruler 'Who sold them the corn before. Joseph returned good to them for the evil they had done to him.
