Shannon Basquill is a 2017 graduate of West Chester University with bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. She joined the Total Performance team in March of 2018, utilizing the skills she learned in school to aid the clinic staff in all aspects of operation. Shannon has an athletic background which drew her to work in a setting such as physical therapy in order to help patients in any way she can. Currently, Shannon is working towards obtaining a nursing degree to further her career in an orthopedic setting. Helping people brings her great joy which is why she is taking initiative to advance in a field devoted to patient care.

HEALTHY RECIPE TURKEY APPLE CHEDDAR SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS • 2 slices good sandwich bread • 2 oz low-sodium deli turkey • 1 oz sliced Cheddar cheese
• 4 to 6 thin apple slices Honey Mustard:
• 1 tbsp honey • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS Mix together honey and Dijon mustard. Spread on both sides of bread. Layer turkey, apple, and cheese on one slice of bread and top with other slice. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
