Copper
• Squeak and rattle reduction for interior panels and dash components. • Cable harness securing wrap for the passenger compartment of vehicles.
Nickel
• Designed to permit the easy assembly and disassembly of threaded components. • Apply to any threaded component made from galvanized steel, steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, titanium and magnesium. It is not recommended for stainless steel. • Provides protection from corrosion and dirt • 90% PTFE / 10% copper / nickel • Poly-Temp Cooper / Nickel: -450oF to +500oF (-268oC to +260oC) PTFE is completely stable up to +500o F or +260o C. Decomposition will occur on contact with naked flames. Upon decomposition, the remaining copper powder will assist disassembly.
• Rubber adhesive • PET fleece textile • Color: Black
• Copper flake will melt at 1,984oF or 1,084oC. • Nickel flake will melt at 2,651oF or 1,455oC.
