W orld Health Day is 7 April. It’s a great opportunity to further instigate health and wellbeing throughout your family, friends, workplace and of course, yourself. World Health Day was brought about under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO), having the day dedicated to a subject of major importance to global health each year. These topics have included: ‘Good health adds life to years’, ‘Healthy heart beat, healthy blood pressure’, ‘Halt the rise: beat diabetes’, and ‘Working together for health’, plus many more. Maintaining good health and wellbeing is vital when it comes to feeling your best and performing at your optimum ability.
