Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, including:
Verbal or written warning;

Mandatory additional training;

Restriction or revocation of AI tool access;

Performance-related consequences; and

In serious cases, termination of employment or engagement.

Policy Updates
This Policy shall be reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary to reflect advances in AI technology, new ethical guidance from bar associations, changes to court rules and orders regarding AI use, lessons learned from implementation, and feedback from personnel.
