Climbing K-M Scout Ranch’s Climbing tower sits high on the property and gives Scouts amazing views as they climb or rappel. Different levels of climbing “routes” can be tried, as well as opportunities for Scouts to rappel. OTHER ACTIVITIES Open Climbing - Scouts can try their climbing skills during open program times. All ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. The Tracks The Tracks area at K-M includes mountain biking and ATVs. Cycling
With our rugged terrain and rolling hills, K-M makes for some exciting mountain
biking! In this activity, Scouts will learn how to care for and repair their own bicycles. What’s more, they’ll get to bike around camp, including a track that takes them deep into the undeveloped areas of camp. Mountain bikes and helmets are provided by K-M. This activity completes parts of the Cycling merit badge (which is an optional Eagle Required merit badge).
