D oorways was selected to provide door automation to the Enniskillen Workhouse. Their approach towards every job incorporates their four core principles: Quality, Choice, Design and Service. “Our priority, whatever the size or type of construction project, is to support the contractor’s design and site team by making sure we’re meeting their client’s specification and budget requirements,” said Kenny McBride, Access Control Manager for Doorways. Doorways installed a pair of underfloor operators at the Enniskillen Workhouse. A site survey was completed, which resulted in electrical wiring drawings being
provided to the contractor as well as any risk assessments. The installation was scheduled in line with the contractor’s project plan. Doorways’ ADSA approved engineers carried out the installation, complying with the recommendations of BS EN 16005 (safety in use of automatic doors for pedestrian use). A push pad was installed for disabled access purposes.
