Her intrinsic motivation stems from her genuine connection with people. Jessica’s love of the technical aspect of her work is also evident, and she thrives in the creative space provided by complex projects involving grading, drain - age, and novel design solutions. As a member of Galloway’s Urban Stormwater team, she plays a pivotal role in manag - ing the company’s standards on drainage and erosion control design.
