From her onset at Galloway in 2014, she has demonstrated a dedication to excellence, and her leader - ship skills have shined brightly. Kristen is also passionate about making a difference and empowering others. She is a key advocate for Galloway’s diversity and inclusion initiatives as she helped form and currently leads Galloway’s women’s network (GROW) and served as a leader on the Galloway Diversity and Equity Initiative.
