An advocate for innovation and enthusiast for making a dif - ference, Tiara Marcus has proven herself a leader amongst professionals in the AEC industry. For over 10 years, Tiara held various leadership positions at major manufacturing companies, gaining valuable insight and hands-on experience as she advanced through her career as a safety engineer, proj - ect management and continuous improvement leader, quality manager, and manager of manufacturing operations. In these roles, her responsibilities ranged from leading nearly 200 pro - duction and technical personnel and ensuring optimal perfor - mance to implementing strategic plans and investing in major infrastructure and equipment. A technical problem-solver and master collaborator, Tiara’s leadership transformed processes and positioned companies for long-term success. Since join- ing ISG, she has worked to understand the intricacies of how the firm operates and applies this knowledge to her leadership role. She eagerly approaches challenges, exploring avenues to solve problems and remaining committed to developing optimal solutions, all while maintaining a high focus on the mentorship and development of those around her.
