Elizabeth “Liz” Aguin serves as the archetype for professional achievement, rising from the ranks of intern to principal in just 16 short years. In 2008, Liz embarked on her journey as an engineering intern, paving the way for what would become an exceptional career. With her educational background and personal focus on structural engineering, she accepted a posi - tion with RJN Group Inc., a civil engineering firm focused on sanitary sewer systems, as a stop-gap measure until she could find a career more suited to her structural engineering ambi- tion. Liz joined the Data Group as a data analyst at RJN, a decision that would send her on a fast-track journey into the upper echelons of RJN’s top leadership team.
