• Auto-Wares has multiple health plan selections available. • All full-time employees working 30 hours or more will be offered benefits on April 1, 2022. • Notification emails will be sent out prior to effective date of April 1, 2022. • Participation in our Medical Wellness program qualifies you for a discounted rate. • That discount rate will be given to all employees for 2022 and 2023. • You will need to participate in 2023 for 2024 medical plan discounts (plenty of communication prior). • Dental and Vision will be made available at the same time as medical offering.
