El primer piso de comedor crea la sensación de una caja de hormigón flotante; la terraza es la extensión del interior. El segundo piso de comedor se abalcona sobre el espacio central y hacia el patio norte por medio de una terraza. Finalmente, el techo se lee como otro elemento que se posa cuidadosamente sobre los muros y columnas de hormigón. Mezclando vigas estructurales de acero negras y vigas secundarias de madera para dar más calidez, el techo se abre con grandes lucarnas sobre el espacio doble altura, generando interesantes contraluces. La cocina se propuso completamente abierta para potenciar la atmósfera, con la barra a un costado. En el interiorismo, la decoradora francesa Isabelle Foray combinó diseño de autores chilenos y franceses, con mobiliario importado de Francia. The dining room on the first level creates the feeling of a floating concrete box; the terrace is the extension of the interior. The second floor of the dining room hangs over the central space and towards the north patio by means of a terrace. Finally, the roof is perceived as another element that sits carefully on concrete walls and columns. Combining structural black steel beams and secondary wooden beams to give warmth, the roof opens with large skylights over the double height space, generating interesting backlights. The kitchen is completely open to enhance the atmosphere, with the bar on one side. The interior design, by French decorator Isabelle Foray combined the design of Chilean and French authors, with furniture imported from France.
