El edificio, de uso mixto, representa un desafío urbano: por su emplazamiento sobre una punta de diamante entre grandes avenidas, en un barrio residencial en proceso de cambio y su condición de remate de una avenida que comienza a definir un nuevo perfil en altura. The mixed-use building represents an urban challenge due to its location on a Y-shaped junction between large avenues, in a changing residential neighborhood, and its condition of terminus point of an avenue that marks a new profile in height.
