Este edificio de departamentos se emplaza en la vereda oriente de Av. Américo Vespucio Sur a media cuadra de Av. Colón. En contraste con el desorden de la edificación del sector, se opta por una arquitectura moderna, simple y blanca, en que se contraponen la austeridad de los muros con las líneas horizontales de las terrazas. This apartment building is located on the east side of Américo Vespucio Sur Avenue, half a block from Colón Avenue. To counter the chaos of the buildings of the area, a modern, simple and white architecture was chosen, in which the austerity of the walls is offset by the horizontal lines of the terraces.
