En el remate superior, se integran la transparencia y continuidad espacial con las vistas privilegiadas, tanto en el espacio privado –donde la doble altura del living en los dúplex permite integrar el techo-terraza con el interior del departamento– como en el espacio comunitario, a través de un bar multimedia que sirve de remate a la fachada poniente y permite disfrutar la vista hacia Santiago suspendido, literalmente, sobre el parque. The natural slope of Santiago and the profile of Vespucio Avenue at this point allows for a level difference of almost 3 meters between both fronts of the street. This, added to the presence of the park, gives the project an exceptional view of the trees and the city. The proposed building favors this view to the west, with a layout of four apartments per level where the largest unit and its main spaces are oriented towards the street. The walls are designed as monolithic elements of white concrete brick that run
vertically through the building. The only perforations present a different finish emphasizing their uniqueness. The terraces, in addition to being used as extensions of the apartment, serve as solar protection for the glass façades, especially on the west side. Inside, transparency and spatial integration are the objective. On the first floor, the structure is open so that the different common areas –both internal and external– form a visual and circulation continuum. On the other hand, the design of the apartments integrates the family use areas in a single space –terrace, living room, dining room and kitchen–, adapting to a contemporary lifestyle. On the roof, transparency and spatial continuity are integrated with the privileged views, both in the private space –where the double height of the living room in the duplex units allows the roof-terrace to be integrated with the interior of the apartment– and in the communal space, through a multimedia bar that serves as a finishing touch to the west façade and allows to enjoy the views towards Santiago, literally suspended over the park.
