En su programa el volumen se divide en tres plantas espacialmente intercaladas: el nivel de acceso es la sala de exhibición; la planta superior corresponde a oficinas, salas de reuniones y una gran terraza de eventos que se abre al norte y al sur; en el subsuelo están las bodegas. La obra fue enteramente construida en hormigón armado a la vista, resolviendo con un solo material las distintas realidades espaciales: interiores, exteriores y espacios intermedios, así como el necesario control solar, permitiendo un edificio de bajo consumo energético. El edificio se abre como vitrina al sur (luz) y se cierra al norte (sol), permitiendo una controlada iluminación natural interior. The functional program divides the volume into three spatially interconnected levels: the access level is the exhibition hall; the upper floor contains the offices, meeting rooms and a large terrace for events that opens to the north and south; and the basement for storage areas. The building was entirely made of exposed reinforced concrete, a single material for the different spatial conditions: interior, exterior and intermediate spaces, as well as the necessary solar control to allow for low energy consumption. The building opens as a showcase to the south (light) and closes to the north (sun), allowing a controlled natural interior lighting.
