Sobre la antigua plaza del mercado, los arquitectos propusieron un edificio compacto de tres pisos, en ladrillo, que crea un paisaje urbano definido y una relación con el antiguo mercado, privilegiando las vistas al río próximo. La impronta espacial es la de una sola gran sala de lectura. Facing the old market square, the architects proposed a compact building with three floors, in brick, that creates a defined urban landscape and a relationship with the old market, favoring the views of the nearby river. The spatial hallmark is that of a single large reading room.
