Los espacios interiores y las terrazas se di- señaron a partir de losas postensadas, favore- ciendo amplias luces e independizando la en- volvente de la estructura del edificio, logrando así espacios más integrados y continuos. Por otra parte, la distribución interior busca sumar los recintos de estar, comedor y cocina a la terraza, adecuándolos a una forma contem- poránea de habitar. En cuanto al programa, la planta baja se abre hacia el espacio público con dos oficinas que median la relación con los servicios urbanos, en tanto que los departamentos se resuelven en los pisos superiores, y los estacionamientos y bodegas en los subterráneos. El remate del edificio corresponde al piso recogido, donde se aprovechan las vistas con dos departamentos dúplex, que cuentan con una terraza exclusiva en la parte superior. / The interior spaces and terraces were de- signed from post-tensioned slabs, favoring wide lights and making the envelope independent from the building structure, thus achieving more integrated and continuous spaces. On the other hand, the interior distribution aims to add the living, dining, and kitchen areas to the terrace, adapting them to a contemporary way of living. As for the program, the first floor opens to public space with two offices that mediate the relationship with urban services, while the departments are resolved on the upper floors, and parking and storage underground. The top of the building belongs to a secluded floor, where the views are taken advantage of with two duplex apartments, which have an exclusive terrace at the top. /
