This house, located on a lot with a steep slope and panoramic views towards the coast, is built on the basis of two volumes arranged in a "V" shape and joined by the access hall. Each volume opens towards different orientations: the bedroom wing looks towards the north and the distant Zapallar breakwater; while the "social" wing looks towards the south-west, where you can see Cachagua and Penguin Island. The most obvious landscape, the western front with the infinite sea, is bypassed for the benefit of these other more attractive views. Esta casa, emplazada en un terreno con fuerte pendiente y vistas panorámicas hacia la costa, se plantea en base a dos volúmenes dispuestos en forma de “V” y unidos por el hall de acceso. Cada volumen se abre hacia diferentes orientaciones: el ala de los dormitorios busca el norte y la rompiente lejana de Zapallar; mientras que el ala “social” mira hacia el sur-poniente, donde se puede ver Cachagua y la Isla de los Pingüinos. El paisaje más obvio, el frente poniente con el mar infinito, se soslaya en beneficio de estas otras vistas más atractivas.
