Inversiones Las Arenas Ltda., creadores del Patio Bellavista, junto a un equipo de arquitec- tos con ejercicio profesional en diversas áreas, resultaron ganadores por unanimidad y serán quienes lleven a cabo tanto de la recuperación el edificio, como la futura operación de este nuevo espacio de encuentro para la comuna. Los otros dos concursantes fueron Contexto SPA y Grupo Mil Sabores SPA, e Inversiones JMI SPA.

Inversiones Las Arenas Ltda., creators of Patio Bellavista, together with a team of architects with professional practice in various areas, were the unanimous winners and will carry out both the building´s restoration as well as the future oper- ation of this new community meeting place.
