LA INFORMACIÓN RECOGIDA EN EL CENSO, ASÍ COMO LA DATA OBTENIDA DE LOS DIFERENTES INSTRUMENTOS APLICADOS DURANTE LOS MESES DE DIAGNÓSTICO, PERMITIERON AL MUNICIPIO COLCLUIR QUE SON CINCO LOS PRINCIPALES PROBLEMAS QUE AQUEJAN AL BARRIO: EL POCO USO DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO; LOS DELITOS E INCIVILIDADES; EL ESPACIO PÚBLICO NO RESPONDE A NECESIDADES DE LOS HABITANTES; LA APROPIACIÓN IRREGULAR DEL ESPACIO PÚBLICO, Y LA ESTIGMATIZACIÓN DEL BARRIO. The amount of information gathered in the census, as well as all the instruments applied during the months of diagnosis, allowed the municipality to conclude that five main problems afflict the neighborhood: poor use of public space; crime and disorder; public space does not respond to the inhabitants' needs; irregular appropriation of public space; neighborhood stigmatization.
