El último piso se destinó a dos departamentos que se retranquean del plano de la fachada de las unidades inferiores con el fin de atenuar la presencia del edificio hacia el espacio público y aprovechar la pendiente del terreno.
El encargo consistió en proyectar seis departamentos de lujo en un terreno con una fuerte pendiente en la ladera sur del cerro San Luis, ubicado en Santiago de Chile. Este cerro es una especie de isla que todavía posee una escala residencial, con viviendas de baja altura y algunos edificios aterrazados dentro del barrio El Golf, un distrito que ha mutado a ser un sector predominantemente comercial y de oficinas. The assignment consisted of designing six luxury apartments on a steeply sloping site on the southern side of the San Luis hill, located in Santiago de Chile. This hill is a kind of island that still has a residential scale, with low-lying housing and some terraced buildings within the El Golf neighborhood, a district that has mutated into a predominantly commercial and office area.
The top floor was allocated to two apartments that are set back from the facade plane of the lower units in order to attenuate the presence of the building towards the public area and take advantage of the terrain's slope.
