Tomando como caso de estudio el edificio Vida Urbana, una torre de alta densidad ubicado en la comuna de Estación Central, Tomás Charles, alumno de arquitecta de la Universidad Católica, busca develar en su proyecto de título la estrecha relación entre arquitectura y economía. THE MARKET´S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE USER AND THE ARCHITECT IN COLLECTIVE HOUSING. Taking the Vida Urbana building as a case study, a high-density tower located in the Estación Central district, Tomás Charles, an architecture student at the Universidad Católica, seeks to unveil the close relationship between architecture and economics in his final project.
