LEEVZ
As the bloodstream of the creative artists on cam– pus, Leevz is open to all those in the Buffalo area who wish to submit poetry, black and white pho– tography, artwork, prose and critiques.
Our small staff is very much committed to the preservation of the voice of the artists on the academic haunting grounds. We sponsor poetry readings, a writer's workshop at the College Camp, and periodic critique ses– sions. We welcome all quality work submit– ted by students; the judgement of which is made by those who participate in the graders meeting before final selection of work for an issue. 1973 marks the first change in name of the magazine since 1948 when it was ini– tiated . Now known as Leevz it has modern– ized its approach and direction. The vitality of Leevzis dependent upon student contribu– tions and fresh ideas.
