A juicio del jurado, el proyecto destaca por su clara consideración de los diferentes tráficos y velocidades de uso del paseo, mediante una diferenciación de los distintos flujos de los usuarios. Los flujos masivos están estructurados, acogiéndolos en el diseño del paseo en toda su longitud. In the eyes of the jury, the project stands out for its clear consideration of the different traffic and speed of use of the promenade, by differentiating the flows of users. The massive flows are structured, welcoming them in the design of the promenade in all its length.
