The system rests on two additional longitudinal beams of the same length, this time under the floor slab. The entire set rests on the same four walls that continue to the ground and configure a base level with bedrooms while supporting an east- west crossing volume that on one hand defines the house's entrance and on the other, extends towards the sea containing the pool. The latter is a wedge of variable section weighed by the water it contains, forming a new 7 m cantilever towards the slope, reinforcing the views that the house presents towards the sea.
