El edificio se emplaza en la esquina suroriente de los terrenos del Hotel Mandarín Oriental (ex Hyatt), enfrentando al Parque Araucano y al nudo vial de las avenidas Américo Vespucio y Presidente Kennedy. Ante la escasez de terrenos en Santiago, el propietario encarga el proyecto aprovechando la constructibilidad sobrante del hotel existente en un espacio ocupado por canchas de tenis. The building is located in the southeast corner of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (former Hyatt), facing Parque Araucano and the road junction of Américo Vespucio and Presidente Kennedy avenues. Given the shortage of land in Santiago, the owner commissioned the project taking advantage of the remaining GFA of the existing hotel in a space formerly occupied by the tennis courts.
