El volumen se ha proyectado como un cubo de cristal protegido del sol con una segunda piel ventilada, constituida por mallas de acero frente al muro cortina, generando una sombra que permite disminuir la radiación solar directa y reducir los costos de consumo energético para enfriar el interior de las oficinas. El edificio deja en sus primeros pisos un espacio abierto y transparente con una doble altura que constituye el lobby principal, al que se accede peatonalmente a través de una plaza semicircular de adoquines rodeada de jardines. Al interior del hall de acceso se disponen espacios para café y comercio. En el volumen transparente del acceso se generan dos oficinas en un segundo nivel, con un total de 455 m². En el cuerpo principal se desarrollan 10 pisos de oficinas con plantas libres de 935 m², divisibles en dos oficinas en cada piso. Además, en las áreas comunes de cada piso se proyectan 10 baños privados, uno de ellos de accesibilidad universal. El núcleo de ascensores y escaleras se ubica hacia el poniente, evitando el asoleamiento de espacios de oficina. La altura de piso a piso es de 3,40 m, sin vigas intermedias, lo que permite una altura libre interior de 2,70 a 3,10 m según el diseño de cada usuario. El sistema de aire acondicionado se ha proyectado en base a un sistema de enfriadores sectorizados con sistema VRV. El pavimento del hall principal es de mármol blanco de Carrara y las paredes separadoras de las salas de reunión con el hall se proyectan de aluminio fundido explotado, retro-iluminado. Los halles de pisos superiores tienen pavimento de mármol blanco de Carrara y mármol en los frentes entre ascensores. El núcleo central de circulaciones verticales cuenta con cinco ascensores con cabinas de lujo de 2,70 m de altura interior y puertas de apertura central de 1 m de ancho por 2,50 m de altura. Además, se cuenta con un montacargas de servicio que atiende todos los pisos y subterráneos. El edificio tiene cinco subterráneos que albergan 332 estacionamientos de autos, 63 estacionamientos para bicicletas, bodegas, áreas mecánicas y servicios. En este caso, dos ascensores independientes conectan con el primer piso. Haciendo honor a su nombre, el edificio tiene vistas en 360° hacia el Parque Araucano y la cordillera.
The volume was conceived as a glass cube protected from the sun by a second ventilated skin of steel mesh covering the curtain wall, generating shadows and reducing direct solar radiation, and therefore the energy consumption of the office interior cooling. The first floors of the building are left open and transparent, with a double height space that constitutes the main lobby, accessed by pedestrians through a semicircular cobblestone square surrounded by gardens. Inside, the entrance hall hosts spaces for coffee and commerce. The transparent entrance volume contains two offices on the second level, with a total of 455 m². The main volume contains 10 office floors with open plan layouts of 935 m², divisible into two offices on each floor. In addition, 10 private bathrooms are designed in the common areas of each floor, one of them with universal accessibility. The stair and elevator core is located towards the west, avoiding the excessive solar radiation of office spaces. The central core of vertical circulations has five elevators with luxury cabins with interior height of 2.70 m and central opening doors 1 m wide and 2.50 m high. In addition, a service elevator serves all floors and basement levels. The building has five underground levels with 332 car parking spots, 63 parking spots for bicycles, storage rooms, mechanical areas and services. In this case, two independent elevators connect to the first floor. To honor its name, the building has 360° views towards Parque Araucano and the mountain range.
